RFP: Air Cargo Transfer Deck 2 files Due: February 17, 2023The District desires a turn-key solution from the awarded Firm that provides design, sourcing/manufacturing, permitting, installation, and assembly of a new, fully functioning air cargo transfer deck system. The awarded Firm must also inventory, disassemble, transport and re-install an existing ball deck system (currently located in the same warehouse) for integration with the new system.

RFP: Construction Managers as Constructors for General Aviation Hangar – Site 1
The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (District) is seeking to receive proposals for a Construction Manager as Contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services (CMC) for a new corporate hangar project at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP), located in Spartanburg County. Any contractor with the appropriate licensing wishing to respond to this project must complete this application. Construction Managers must be able to show experience and expertise with similar facilities, sitework, utilities, and parking and be able to meet the requirements described below. The project includes the construction of a new 25,000 SF hangar, 5000 SF office space (cold, dark shell), a new 30 space parking lot, and sitework/utilities. Selected construction manager will support the design effort by providing estimates, project schedules, constructability measures and delivery of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (herein referred to as “District”) has a requirement to purchase Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This solicitation document outlines the prerequisites, selection process, and documentation necessary to be considered responsive and submit a responsible bid. It is strongly recommended that you review the entire document prior to submitting a bid. Your company shall base its price generally upon the conditions and specifications contained in this document. Your Company shall furnish, without limitation, all labor, equipment and materials as specified herein all at the successful Bidders expense.
