Notice of Public Hearing: Adoption of FYE 06/30/2025 Budget

A Commission Meeting open to the public at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, May 13, 2024, will be held at the GSP District Administrative Offices at 500 Aviation Parkway, Greer, SC to adopt the FYE 6-30-2025 Operating and Capital Budget.  Total budgeted revenues for the FYE 6-30-2024 of $62,044,639 are expected to increase to $72,210,751 in FYE 6-30-2025, a 16.4% increase.  Total budgeted operating expenses for the FYE 6-30-2024 of $46,779,712 are expected to increase to $52,643,602 in FYE 6-30-2025, a 12.5% increase.  Capital project spend is projected at a total of $121,500,000 for FYE 6-30-2025. Capital projects will be funded from a combination of anticipated debt proceeds, federal and state grants, other District revenues, and existing funds of the District.
