Honor Flight

Honor Flight is a non-profit organization that focuses on giving World War II and Korean War Veterans the opportunity to visit the nation’s capital. It’s a FREE one-day trip for veterans who sign up. The flight takes the veterans to Washington, D.C. where they will visit national monuments and memorials for those fallen heroes who served our country.

The Upstate Chapter of Honor Flight has flown more than 1200 Veterans to Washington, D.C. since May 2008. The organization is able to do this through donations and volunteers. Learn more about how qualifying Veterans can participate in Honor Flight.
