The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (District) is seeking to receive proposals for a Construction Manager as Contractor to provide preconstruction and construction services (CMC) for a new corporate hangar project at the Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP), located in Spartanburg County. Any contractor with the appropriate licensing wishing to respond to this project must complete this application. Construction Managers must be able to show experience and expertise with similar facilities, sitework, utilities, and parking and be able to meet the requirements described below. The project includes the construction of a new 25,000 SF hangar, 5000 SF office space (cold, dark shell), a new 30 space parking lot, and sitework/utilities. Selected construction manager will support the design effort by providing estimates, project schedules, constructability measures and delivery of a guaranteed maximum price (GMP).

Your company shall base its price generally upon the conditions and specifications contained in this document. Your Company shall furnish, without limitation, all labor, equipment and materials as specified herein all at the successful Bidders expense.
