The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (GSP) is pleased to announce that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will host a Global Entry enrollment event at Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport from June 16-18, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day. The enrollment event will take place in the airport’s conference center located in the ticket lobby of the terminal.
This enrollment event provides a convenient opportunity for Upstate South Carolina residents who are already conditionally approved for Global Entry to complete their required in-person interview without traveling to a permanent enrollment center.
Global Entry is a CBP Trusted Traveler Program that allows expedited processing for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. The program also provides access to TSA PreCheck® benefits, enabling quicker security screening for domestic travelers at participating U.S. airports, including GSP. Global Entry has more than 10 million members and is utilized at air, land, and seaports of entry into the U.S., as well as at CBP Preclearance locations around the world.
“We are excited to partner with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to bring this enrollment opportunity directly to our community,” said Kevin Howell, President and CEO of the Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District. “Global Entry and TSA PreCheck make the travel experience smoother and more efficient and hosting this event at GSP reflects our ongoing commitment to providing the best possible experience for the travelers and families we serve across the Upstate.”
Only conditionally approved Global Entry applicants are eligible to participate in this enrollment event. Travelers who have not yet applied must do so in advance through the DHS Trusted Traveler Program (TTP) website at ttp.dhs.gov. Most applications are reviewed within two weeks, though some may take longer depending on an applicant’s background.
