The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (herein referred to as “District”) has a requirement to purchase Ground Support Equipment (GSE). This solicitation document outlines the prerequisites, selection process, and documentation necessary to be considered responsive and submit a responsible bid. It is strongly recommended that you review the entire document prior to submitting a bid. Your company shall base its price generally upon the conditions and specifications contained in this document. Your Company shall furnish, without limitation, all labor, equipment and materials as specified herein all at the successful Bidders expense.
