Handicap Parking Information

As of January 1, 2013 South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles requires disabled placards to contain a photo of the individual to whom the placard was issued.

Please be mindful that disabled parking is free of charge to South Carolina residents only. The person to whom the placard was issued must be inside the vehicle upon exiting the parking areas.

Out-of-state placards are still valid for disabled parking. Visitors will be charged the posted daily rate.
